My name is Kevin Neal and I am the owner of Dimensions property maintenance services, currently working on student accommodation and light commercial I am also co owner of a commercial establishment. Over recent years, my own commercial premises have unfortunately been targeted multiple times by vandals and trespassers accessing roof areas via drainpipes and surrounding property structures.

Following repeated incidents and the associated  repair costs, I have added a new service by having implemented anti-vandal paint on vulnerable access points around my premises, including drainpipes, roof access areas, and perimeter edges with signage, since installing this deterrent, the reduction in attempted access had now stopped
